Like the look of us but aren't quite sure what to do next?
No worries, we get it and we're here to help :)
Here at Unyoked we've created something new, something that doesn't quite fit in the line-up of the other stuff out there so we understand that it can be a liiiittle confusing at first. This'll take less time than it does to boil your kettle but keep reading below and we promise you'll come away knowing what's what.
How do I choose a cabin?
Great first question, you're playing nice and we like it. So, in the simplest possible sense, you should choose the cabin that's next available. You might be rolling your eyes at us but that's what we created this whole thing for - to help us all access nature when we need it, not for time when we have leave in a month, you'll be too far gone at that point.
Buuut, you should also know that all our cabins are the same. We purposefully design them to be the same because it's the nature that's on show and what varies every time, the idea is no matter how many times you come back or where you stay you'll always be secluded in immersive nature in an awesome cabin. Sound good?
The other key thing is distance from you. Most cabins are <3hrs from a major city meaning you can get there in the time you'd usually spend on the couch watching Netflix. You can find their locations on each cabin page and if you click the underlined location heading you'll be taken to Google Maps where you can find out the exact route to help your decision.
Can I bring a pet?
Damn straight you can. We work with our Hosts to ensure that the native flora and fauna in these unique environments stay safe so not all our locations are pet friendly but a whole bunch are. Click on book in the top left hand corner and select "I have a pet" in the booking flow and you'll be shown only cabins that you can bring your best (fur) friend to.
I'm a little worried about the weather, what's it like in the rain?
Another great question, really, hats off. While rain's a bit of a bummer when you're stuck in the house, when you're out in nature and in a cabin it's a whole different game. We intentionally design the cabins so they're comfy AF and being out there in the elements, watching the rain fall on the trees all around you, that's meditation and goodness with no-one else around to take it all in. There's studies proving it, sure, but give it a try and you'll see why the rainy days are sometimes our most booked.
