We’re all about disconnecting, but we get that sometimes you’ll want a way to reach the outer world in case of a serious situation.

For most hideouts that have zero phone signal, we work with our Hosts to install an emergency landline on the property. If your cabin has one you’ll find a map in the Field Guide which marks the phone’s location.

For those hideouts that do have signal, the cabin walls can act like a dead-zone, so you’ll just need to step outside the cabin or wander back to the car park to make a call.

If for some reason your phone or our landline aren’t an option - give our hosts’ door a knock... they’re all very chill but please respect their privacy and only knock for a real emergency - ie an injury or when you are in real danger. Remember to call your local emergency number for all emergencies!
