After your stay, we will either use the authorisation hold, or if that has already bounced back to you, send you an invoice for any extra items you used during your stay.
This includes alcoholic provisions in Australia and New Zealand or firewood in the UK.
This is all reported by our cabin manager during the clean of the cabin once you leave, if you do have an issue with what was on your invoice, it may just be a case of human error. Send us an email via our contact page and we will give you a hand sorting that out.
