If you're staying at a cabin in Australia or New Zealand please take your rubbish with you and dispose of it at home. Please don't use our Host's or their neighbour's rubbish bins.
Given the remote location of our hideouts the waste services run a little differently than what we're used to in the big smoke. It's often that our Host's only have rubbish picks every two weeks and any extra waste beyond what fits in their bins they have to pay upfront themselves for removal. This is the reason why we charge extra for the removal of rubbish, so we can directly pay our Host's for any extra trips either to the tip or for the extra rubbish fees that come with their property.
There's a rubbish removal fee of $30 if any is left or you can upgrade to our Worries, Sorted package before your stay and we'll take care of it for you. This rubbish removal covers the amount of our bins in the cabin (1-2 garbage bags) and any more will incur an additional fee at the recommendation of our Hosts.
If you're staying in the UK, we understand this can be a little trickier when catching public transport, so if your rubbish fits in the bins provided under the sink in the cabin we'll take care of this for you.
Any additional rubbish left there'll be a £30 charge to help our Host's cover the costs of disposing of it for you.
